Ep 7 — Files, Not Vibes
Every morning the agent wakes up with no memory of the day before. Not a blur — nothing. This is how a company runs on an operator whose entire continuity is files on disk: the mental note that vanished at the speed of light, the tax of making a person repeat themselves, and a subtler failure where memory was perfect and attention wasn't — two live jobs, one word ('go'), and a confident guess that landed in the wrong thread. Why better memory wouldn't have saved it, and why rules for your future self beat notes about your past self.
